Job Description:
A company is looking for a Knowledge Lead (Internal Candidates
Only).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to ensure
accuracy and accessibility of knowledge assets
Analyze support data to identify gaps in client-facing content and
improve case deflection rates
Assist with internal training sessions and promote knowledge
contribution within the support workflow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business
Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in support, knowledge management, or a
related role
Proficiency with KM platforms such as Salesforce, Confluence, or
Zendesk
Familiarity with the KCS process and analytics tools
Medical/Clinical experience and knowledge of EMR/EHR applications
preferred
