A company is looking for a Recovery Services Support Associate
I.
Key Responsibilities
Identify team and client needs by entering notes, reviewing claims,
and uploading documents
Handle PHI identification and redaction to comply with HIPAA
regulations
Perform data entry of medical benefit payments and claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Self-motivated with a desire to learn new tasks
Must be able to type at least 40 WPM
Experience in a professional environment
