Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Client
Accounting Services (CAS).
Key Responsibilities
Set, communicate, and implement team goals while ensuring alignment
with strategic objectives
Build a positive, high-performing culture through collaboration and
inclusivity
Mentor and support the team to enhance client relationships and
service excellence
Required Qualifications
CPA with 8+ years of experience, primarily in public accounting
Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (preferably Xero,
QBO, Sage, or Netsuite)
Familiarity with project management or practice management
tools
Proactive attitude towards finding new ways to improve workflows
and client services
Strong ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle
sensitive information
