Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service
Representative - Freelance, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for digital card activation, NFC
functionality, and CRM integration
Handle customer inquiries primarily via email, with some live chat
and phone support
Assist customers with customizing digital landing pages and
understanding platform analytics
Required Qualifications
Native or near-native proficiency in Korean and English
Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, particularly in
technical product support
Proven track record in B2B customer service and familiarity with
CRM systems
Ability to understand and explain complex technical products
Must have a reliable computer setup and a quiet workspace for
remote work
