Summary/ObjectiveThe Camera Car Driver and Field Investigator plays a vital role for Location Services. They help recover vehicles and other assets for our clients. They work closely with recovery agents to locate and secure our client's collateral utilizing leading edge technology.The Work You Will Do (Essential Functions)You will use License Plate Recognition equipment to scan license plates, engage in heavy surveillance, infield interviews, laptop research, and work collaboratively with our team of recovery agents to safely locate and secure our client's collateral. The work is outdoors, often driving a vehicle, and hours vary.Competencies* Ability to act in a discreet manner* Computer and smart phone Savvy* Ability to work without direct supervision in an outside environment following direction from a remote management team.* Ability to communicate clearly and courteously, remain calm, act professionally and maintain a positive attitude at all times.* Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate with customers, employees and vendors.* Knowledge of local and state regulations.* Reliable, good attendance, good work ethic, and high integrity* Good communication, Analytical and street knowledge skills* Clean, professional appearanceEducation and Experience* High School Diploma or a G.E.D. with a continuous record of learning* Must be 21 years of age to insure* Must have a valid driver license and good driving record* Experience in skip tracing, field locating, private investigations, or auto repossessions strongly preferred* Experience working in an outside environment without direct supervisionBenefits:* Competitive compensation package including base pay and production bonus* Excellent benefits package including Health, Dental and Vision.* Paid Time Off* Culture of Employee RecognitionPosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need.
