A company is looking for a Risk and Insurance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex claims for various lines of coverage, including
investigations and collaboration with insurance carriers
Provide claims oversight functions, including payment audits, claim
reviews, and ensuring proper coding of claims-related expenses
Assist in the design and development of insurance programs to
minimize financial impact through effective risk management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in management or business
Significant experience, typically seven plus years, in claims, risk
finance, and commercial insurance
Broad knowledge of claims handling and risk management
practices
Self-directed with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time
management skills
Extensive experience in patient and customer communication and data
analysis
