Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Functional Analyst to
drive business requirements and solution design for Salesforce
implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Write requirements using various modeling techniques and perform
impact analysis on existing processes
Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom
objects and workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and develop
customized reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree
with 6 years of experience
5+ years of experience in a Business or Technical Analyst role,
preferably in commercial functions
5+ years of IT experience supporting integrated systems and
Salesforce.com
Critical SFDC functional configuration skills and proficiency in
creating functional mock-ups and flow charts
Basic knowledge of database architecture and best practices for BI
reporting
