Job Description:
A company is looking for an SEC Legal Research Analyst to
support various securities-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in navigating and performing research tasks within
the platform
Conduct legal or factual research, document analysis, and
regulatory citation checking
Provide product support and assistance to customers
Required Qualifications
College or university degree or equivalent work experience in U.S.
securities regulations
Prior experience in customer support
Conceptual knowledge of U.S. securities regulations
Familiarity with basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint
Ability to receive instruction and guidance from others
