Job Description:
This is an opportunity to build an unbelievably flexible sales
career while partnering with a high-tech, progressive real estate
group seeking to heighten our process-driven approach to client
care.
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
For the right person, this is a six-figure opportunity.
Responsibilities:
--- Take an entrepreneurial approach by prospecting for leads via
phone, SMS, social messengers, and video messages
--- Setting appointments for our field agents, generating
referrals, and building the team's pipeline
--- Use the scripts provided to set appointments for incoming
prospects who register and inquire through our marketing
--- Consistently follow up until the prospect is ready for an
appointment with a member of the team
Qualifications:
--- Live and Breath San Diego Lifestyle
--- Proven Experience in a Commission Based appointment setting
role.
--- Active CA real estate license
--- Be consistently productive and ready to thrive
About Company:
We started out as a husband-wife real estate team that grew as top
performers among San Diego's #1 real estate group. You will have
access to 2 highly experience real estate brokers to help you
succeed in this position. Our goal is to empower our agents to
systematically perform a higher level of client care. Having the
phone answered at all times is nearly impossible for a field agent.
