A company is looking for a Head of Sales & Business
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the sales team, mentoring and managing
high-performing AEs, SDRs, and Sales Ops
Own sales strategy by setting targets and developing tailored sales
playbooks for various industries
Drive new business growth by personally closing high-value deals
and collaborating cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
10+ years of B2B sales experience in a high-growth digital agency
or AdTech environment
Proven success in scaling revenue functions from $10M+ to $50M+
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain top-performing
sales teams
Experience selling creative, paid media, or performance marketing
services
Familiarity with regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare,
and Insurance is a plus
