hiring for Business Development Manager in Orange, CA . This is a
Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity. Schedule : Enjoy a dynamic
hybrid schedule! You'll be in the office twice a week to
collaborate with your dedicated team of recruiters, spending the
rest of your week either out in the field closing deals or working
remotely. Compensation : $80-85k a lucrative compensation plan and
bonuses. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based
on several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc. Qualifications : At least 2 years of successful sales or
client relationship management experience, particularly excelling
in a Business to Business (B2B) sales environment. Staffing
industry experience is a must. While an Associate's or Bachelor's
Degree in a comparable field is preferred, we value an equivalent
combination of education and experience. Required Skills: We're

Development Manager you will: You'll hit the ground running
managing existing accounts and will be empowered to bring in
exciting new business. This includes securing new retail and direct
placement clients and expanding existing client relationships with
new lines of business. Your mission will be to profitably grow
revenue by showcasing our unique value, differentiating our
services and firmly establishing Volt as the premier choice.
Essential Responsibilities include: Generate high-quality contract,
contract-to-hire, and direct hire orders from both new and inactive
accounts. Consistently exceed all Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs), from inputs to results, as defined by the company and your
manager. Systematically develop your assigned territory, utilizing
a powerful combination of research, lead generation, prospecting,
networking, and in-person appointments with new and inactive
clients. Generate leads through proactive prospecting and cold
calling (in-person and via telephone), and leverage leads from your
talented team and co-workers. Tap into the power of electronic
media and social networking to generate leads. Maintain active
participation and membership in key networking organizations.
Operational Efforts: Ensure timely and accurate entry of all
required sales documentation into Volt's system. Actively
participate in engaging morning and afternoon team meetings and
huddles. Prepare comprehensive weekly 1:1 BDM/BM reports.
Seamlessly coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure swift
