Job Description:
The EOS Clinical Account Manager (CAM) , based in Carlsbad,
plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and ongoing
support of EOS EDGE and Insight systems across assigned accounts.
The CAM position is responsible for facilitating smooth
installations, delivering comprehensive onsite user training, and
driving system utilization and surgeon engagement to ensure
long-term adoption. The Account Manager will proactively monitor
and track usage metrics, promote repeat sales of EOS technology,
and increase implant utilization within strategically targeted
accounts. The role involves close collaboration with Regional Sales
Managers (RSMs) to foster strong customer relationships, serving as
the primary point of contact from initial system installation
through go-live and ongoing customer support. Responsibilities
include managing site issue reporting, ensuring timely follow-up
and resolution, and traveling to EOS locations within the assigned
region as needed to provide exceptional customer service and ensure
satisfaction. The Manager, EOS Clinical Accounts, also based in
Carlsbad, will lead the team of Clinical Account Managers while
also supporting the implementation and utilization of EOS EDGE and
Insight systems for a specific region. This role is responsible for
setting the overall strategy for the team, ensuring consistency in
customer engagement, and driving key metrics related to system
utilization and surgeon adoption. Acting as a player-coach, the
Manager will be responsible for developing the processes and
programmatic efforts of the team, while also covering a region as a
Clinical Account Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy • Develop and implement strategic plans for
the Clinical Account Manager team to drive EOS technology adoption
and utilization. • Oversee and guide team members, ensuring
consistent customer engagement practices and adherence to
established processes. • Act as a player-coach, leading by example
and supporting assigned accounts while mentoring the team to
achieve performance goals. • Establish and monitor key performance
metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior
leadership. Installation, Training & Clinical Optimization •
Oversee team efforts in managing EOS EDGE and Insight
installations, ensuring high-quality training for clinical handling
and system operations. • Provide direction and support for Go-Live
activities, maintaining a hands-on approach to customer onboarding
and system optimization. • Collaborate with team members and
customers to enhance imaging workflows, patient care, and system
performance through continuous education and protocol adjustments.
Customer Engagement & Utilization • Lead initiatives to increase
surgeon adoption through best-practice education, demonstrations,
and strategic relationship building. • Ensure team members have an
in-depth understanding of key opinion leaders and maintain strong
connections across the territory. • Set utilization targets for the
team, track system usage data, and develop strategies to improve
performance and customer satisfaction. Sales & Marketing Support •
Guide the team in providing pre-sale support to the regional
capital sales team, driving value for prospective and existing
customers. • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams on
EOS program launches, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum
market impact. • Oversee the development of case studies and other
materials that showcase EOS benefits, working cross-functionally to
amplify results. Account Management, Reporting & Collaboration •
Manage and support team efforts in maintaining detailed and
accurate reporting in Salesforce, ensuring efficient oversight of
accounts. • Provide actionable feedback and insights from the
team’s activities to ATEC/Insight sites and Product Managers. •
Foster a collaborative environment, working with implementation,
marketing, and sales operations teams to streamline processes and
support strategic initiatives. Requirements The requirements listed

priorities and driving team success. Supervisory Responsibilities •
Supervise a small team of Clinical Account Managers, providing
mentorship, conducting performance reviews (MBOs), and supporting
professional growth. • Ensure team members are aligned with the
company’s strategic goals and have the resources needed to succeed
in their roles. Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree • 5
years of successful sales and/or account management experience,
Spine or orthopedics medical device & surgery knowledge required •
Demonstrated success working as an integral cross-functional team
member • Tangible experience of routinely working with customers
and other sales personnel
