This role focuses on the development, implementation, and optimization of systems and processes within our healthcare-oriented manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will leverage their engineering expertise to improve product quality, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This position represents a unique opportunity to impact our innovative healthcare solutions directly, from medical devices to pharmaceutical products. Design and develop manufacturing processes for the production of medical devices and pharmaceutical products. Implement process improvements to reduce cost, improve quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of engineering solutions into overall business operations. Conduct risk assessments and validation tests of new or modified products/processes. Prepare documentation complying with medical regulatory standards. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of manufacturing processes and equipment. Stay updated on advancements in engineering and medical manufacturing technologies. Proven ability in CAD software and process simulation tools. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Experience with Six Sigma methodology preferred. Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical device manufacturing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Medical Insurance 401k Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification advantageous.
