Job Description Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving the Southern since 2010. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our San Diego County partners. Responsibilities: Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR. Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone. Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc. Position Details and Qualifications: Will be supporting Paradise Valley Hospital in San Diego, CA. Will support a mix of Outpatient and Behavioral Health Unit (BHU). Open to either Full-Time or Part-Time (at least 2 days a week) Work Schedule: Hybrid Monday to Friday and at least 1 weekend a month. (at least 2 to 3 days of In-Person) Will see around at least 15-20 patients a day. Starting salary is $350K. 1099 Independent Contractor preferred but is open for W2 employment.
