Job Description Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time Sensory Bridge Pediatric Therapy – Diamond Bar, CA (In-Clinic) Pay: $50–$55/hour Job Type: Part-time (W-2) Schedule: Weekdays only • No weekends required Growth Opportunity: Potential to expand to full-time as caseload grows About the Role Sensory Bridge Pediatric Therapy is hiring a part-time Pediatric OT to provide evaluations and 1:1 treatment for children in an outpatient clinic setting. Our clinic includes a sensory integration gym and multi-sensory environment (MSE) room. We’re looking for a therapist who is warm, reliable, and family-centered. Responsibilities Complete pediatric OT evaluations and develop plans of care Provide 1:1 treatment sessions using play-based, goal-directed interventions Educate caregivers and provide home program recommendations Maintain timely, accurate documentation (daily notes, progress updates, evals) Collaborate with team members to support coordinated care Follow safety, professionalism, and ethical standards Requirements Active California Occupational Therapist license (required) Pediatric experience preferred (strong fieldwork/new grads considered) Strong communication and caregiver coaching skills CPR/BLS (required or willing to obtain by start date) Preferred (Not Required) Experience working with autism/ADHD Sensory integration experience Feeding therapy experience SI/Feeding certifications (plus) Compensation $50–$55/hour (based on experience) Part-time W-2 position with opportunity for more hours as caseload grows Work Location In-person, outpatient pediatric clinic: Diamond Bar, CA 91765
