About the Role: As a Residential Specialist, you’ll empower
individuals with disabilities to live more independently and
confidently in their homes. If you’re energized by helping others

day, this is the job for you. Location: Lemon Grove Pay: The pay
range for this position is $20.00 to $20.65 Schedule: Thurs- Sat
3p-11p Who you are: Compassionate, upbeat, and ready to make

committed to creating a positive environment A typical day will
include: Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential
setting Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene,
eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility,
and personal organization. Encourage independence by supporting
individuals in achieving personal goals. Create a safe, respectful,
and engaging home environment. What you’ll need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with
individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License,
current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. A passion for
making a difference! We’d love it if you: Are bilingual in English
and Spanish Have experience using case management systems (Therap
