Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Claims Specialist to manage
complex claims and provide strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis of claims exposure and recommend
settlement strategies
Negotiate settlements and create necessary documentation like
reservation of rights and coverage denial letters
Coach and mentor lower level adjusters while ensuring compliance
with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
7 or more years of related claims experience handling complex
issues
Active adjusters' licenses in all relevant jurisdictions
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Computer experience with claims and business software
