A company is looking for a Policy and Research Staff
Technologist.
Key Responsibilities
Write and edit high-quality public-facing materials on digital
rights issues
Identify strategic opportunities for advocacy and develop responses
in collaboration with other teams
Conduct technical research and represent the organization publicly
in various forums
Required Qualifications
Experience working on technology with a focus on user rights
Technical expertise relevant to digital rights, including
competition and surveillance
Ability to read and analyze legislation for advocacy purposes
Deep understanding of digital rights issues and surveillance
technologies
Excellent collaborative writing and editing skills for a general
audience
